Usage: What are you going to be for Halloween? A bat man. Mom then gives the definition as the person asking starts referencing that caped crusader and O looks on in confusion.

I could see how that might be confusing...
I'm laughing by myself as I picture his confused face as he probably has no clue who Batman is.
The conversation was usually like this:
Person - What are you going to be for Halloween, O?
O - A Batman!
Person - *all enthusiastic* Oh, that's great - are you going to have a big cape and a mask and be all spooky?
O - *looking at Person like they're on crack* No, I'm going to have a bat and a ball and be a batman *looks like he wished he knew the word for "dumbass"*
Person - Oh. Um. I see. *wanders off incoherently*
It was fun to watch over and over again....
